Late Dr. C. P. Desarda
Founder & Visionary Metallurgist
A renowned metallurgist, Dr. C. P. Desarda founded Parason in 1976 with a vision to create world-class pulp and paper machinery.
His pioneering work in Chrome steel alloys revolutionized the refiner disc industry, setting new standards for wear resistance and durability.
Recognized with the National Productivity Award and trained at Brno University, Czech Republic, Dr. Desarda's legacy continues to inspire innovation at Parason.

Dr. Shekhar Desarda

As CMD, Dr. Shekhar Desarda has driven Parason's transformation into a globally recognized engineering powerhouse.
An active member of IPPTA (Indian Pulp and Paper Technical Association), he brings unparalleled technical expertise and business acumen.
Under his leadership, Parason expanded to 75+ countries, established manufacturing in Brazil, and forged strategic partnerships with global leaders like ABB.
His vision of “Indian engineering for the world” guides Parason's mission of delivering world-class solutions globally.

Kishor Desarda
Director - Projects
Kishor drives operational excellence across Parason's manufacturing verticals.
He spearheaded the indigenous development of Shoe Press technology and oversaw the establishment of new manufacturing facilities, including Parason's hard chrome & chemical coating plant.
Madhure Desarda
Director - Global Business & Product Development
A third-generation entrepreneur and recipient of the Young Business Leader of the Year Award (TV9 & SAP India, 2021), Madhure leads global business development and product innovation. Currently pursuing INSEAD's International Leadership Programme, he drives Parason's competitive positioning in international markets.
Utkarsh Desarda
Director
With a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering and a Masters in Management from Arizona State University, Utkarsh brings deep technical expertise to Parason. He was instrumental in steering Parason's landmark MoU with the Government of Maharashtra — a Rs. 1000 Crore investment creating 3000+ employment opportunities.
Arvind Singhal
Director & CEO - Pulp & Paper Division
A Chemical Engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee with an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Arvind brings 30+ years of global experience from Andritz, Sappi, and Tembec. Known for achieving 50% business growth at Andritz and revitalizing a near-bankrupt company to profitability as President & CEO.
