Press Section

The Size Press, positioned in the machine after the pre-drying section, is designed as a two-roll press with hydraulic or pneumatic loading.  

The rolls are dynamically balanced for the required speed and can be coated with various materials. The sizing agent flows through distribution pipes between the rolls and is retained by external dams.

Materials used in the design:

· Common steel

· Common steel wrapped in an anti-corrosive metal plate

· Stainless steel

Press types:

· Continuous standard presses

· Press with two pressing zones - Combi press

· Press with extended pressing zone - JUMBO

· Maxi Shoe press

Bi-Nip Press Section

Tri-Nip Press Section is designed for high-speed paper manufacturing machines with maximum de-watering efficiency.

It is used for Writing Printing Printing and News Print paper with high speed, higher exit dryness, high bulk, and improved runnability
