The Cup Stock pulper handles heavy materials like cupstock and of 12-15% contaminant level. After slushing at 12-15% consistency, pulp get extracted by perforated screen plate. It’s extra volume allows up 6% dilution and faster discharge and low batch time.
Separated plastic kept unleashed and sent to detracting equipment for further process.
