Bale Breaker helps improve production efficiency and reduce the wearing of pulp mill equipment. The Bale Breaker offers effective smashing-crushing of wastepaper (raw material) which reduces operational time of further stock Preparation process, resulting in higher energy saving.
Due to repetitive smashing of raw material tight bales are broken and hard impurities are separated into reject tank. And the loosen and smashed raw material is conveyed to further pulping process.
