Working Principle of the Parason Skid Pulping System

The working steps of Parason Skid Pulping System starts with feeding of raw material. The raw material is fed to the pulper via feeding unit, and the pulper processes the raw material into pulp. The pulp is further forwarded to Dump Chest for mixing, where an agitator ensures uniform mixing. The mixed pulp is processed further to Parason Refiner for refining.

After refining the Intermediate Chest mixes the pulp again and transferred to Machine Chest where the consistency of the pulp is maintained at 0.3%.

Along with this a vacuum separator ensures efficient operation by managing the vacuum requirements during processing.
